1. No Refunds for Digital Products

Once you purchase and download any digital product (such as eBooks) from 30ITV, the sale is final. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued after the download or access to the product has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to dispute the transaction or request a refund after downloading the product.

2. Fraudulent Payments

We are not responsible for any fraudulent payments made using your payment information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is secure and authorized. We do not provide refunds for purchases made with fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
